All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for urgent orders

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Economical option for non-urgent orders

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our German-engineered tools with a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Please review our simple return process below.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Bench grinders and whetstones (hygiene risks with used items)
  • Dust extraction equipment with filters (hygiene reasons)
  • Personal protective equipment (safety regulations)
  • Any item showing signs of use or missing safety components

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, undamaged packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by all original accessories and documentation

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return Request

  • Product name and reason for return
  • Photos of any damaged/defective items (if applicable)

2. Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1 business day and provide:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Prepaid return label for defective items

3. Package and Ship Your Return

Securely repackage the item(s) with all original materials. For your protection:

  • Use the original packaging when possible
  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

4. Refund Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process

For exchanges of identical products (different sizes/models count as return+new purchase):
