Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by all original accessories and documentation
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene considerations, the following products cannot be returned:
- Bench grinders and whetstones (used items pose hygiene risks)
- Dust extraction equipment with filters (hygiene reasons)
- Personal protective equipment (safety regulations)
- Any item showing signs of use or missing safety components
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return Request
Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and reason for return
- Photos of any damaged/defective items (if applicable)
2. Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1 business day and provide:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return label for defective items
3. Package and Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item(s) with all original materials. For your protection:
- Use the original packaging when possible
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
4. Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- For PayPal payments: refunds appear within 24 hours
- For credit cards: allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process
Exchange Process
For exchanges of identical products (different sizes/models count as return+new purchase):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement
